Newspapers have owned very prominent pieces of real estate for a long time. Sometimes, they’re the crown jewels of skyline. What does it say from a branding perspective when you don’t have that anymore?

I think of the New York Times building on 8th Avenue in New York City. When I commuted through the Port Authority and popped out on 8th Avenue, the NYT building was right there.
