Congratulations to Joey Barton for owning his voice on the web.
I only see Joey Barton when he makes news, which is usually not a good thing. He's a ferocious competitor with an equal amount of passion for sport and life.
The thing is, when he does make the news, we only get to hear one side of the story. It might be the same, old story - "Oh look, Joey Barton's in trouble again." - but now we get to hear it straight from the source.
That's a good thing.
Unless, you are a journalist...
He'll never need to speak to another journalist now, either. I wonder if others will follow his lead?
