How to make a Whiskey Sour

Reading time: < 1 minutes

I picked up a few bottles of whisky/whiskey while traveling at the end of last year.

I kept a few and gave a few to some pals.

After poking around for some recipes, then running my own trial-and-error sessions, I think I came up with a good mix for a solid Whiskey Sour.

(As far as tastes go, I like sour and I like whiskey. Just a warning.)

What you’ll need:

  • Whiskey (1/3 cup)
  • Filtered Water (1/4 cup)
  • Ice (4 cubes)
  • Lemon (1, strained)
  • Shaker

To make, cut the lemon in half, then strain it into the shaker. Add water and whiskey, and shake. Add the ice to the glass. Then pour over ice.
